10 lbs.potatoes peeled
mustard
miracle whip
pickle relish
6 boiled eggs

cube potatoes and boil until tender, do not overcook.
drain potaoes and turn into a very large bowl, squirt about 2 tbsp mustard onto warm potatoes stir cover and refrigerate. let potatoes chill for at least 3 hours, then mis miracle whip relish chopped eggs and salt into the poatoes MOST IMPORTANT mix with your hands do not use anything else. this makes the creamiest potato salad ever. as to amounts of ingredients just add and taste.
